SSocialAI team

Asking What do you think? under a post rarely works. It is too vague, and answering feels like homework. Questions that get comments are easy, specific and a little personal: people can answer in a few seconds without thinking hard.

Below are 40 questions you can adapt to almost any local business. Replace the words in brackets with your own products. Each comes with a short note on how to use it.

Easy one-tap questions

  1. [A] or [B]? Two products side by side; ask people to reply with a letter.
  2. Sweet or savoury breakfast? Works for any café or bakery morning post.
  3. Morning person or night owl? Good for gyms and salons choosing class or opening times.
  4. Rate this from 1 to 10. Use with a new product photo.
  5. Which colour would you pick? For shops with several colour options.
  6. Summer or winter? Seasonal posts, especially in Batumi or mountain resorts.
  7. Reply with one emoji that describes your Monday. Low effort, high response; you do not need to use emojis yourself.
  8. Yes or no: would you try this? For unusual new items.

How to get more answers

  • Put the question first. Start the caption with it, not after five lines of text.
  • Ask one question only. Several questions in one post split attention.
  • Answer every comment in the first hours. A reply often turns into a conversation.
  • Make it visual. A photo of two options makes A or B instantly clear.
  • Avoid asking for comments as a trick. Comment YES to win style posts can look like spam; ask real questions instead.
